To create their pieces, the Nambé metal is heated to over 1300 degrees Fahrenheit and then carefully ladled into a handmade sand mold, where it’s cast as one solid piece. Each piece is then shaped, polished, and buffed, passing through the hands of 15 craftsmen. Scientists credit the quality of our Nambé metal, in part, to the high altitude of our foundries.
