“Great design allows limitless possibilities that will inspire and support a beautiful life,” is Natalie’s mantra. A Syria native, she was raised in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, where she was inspired by each country’s blend of European and Middle Eastern architecture, culture and beauty. Her elegant designs merge traditional with contemporary, a reflection of her upbringing and heritage. “My mission is to create beautiful, functional environments that capture the spirit of the client and essence of the space,” she says.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in Syria and went on to earn an interior design degree from the New York Institute of Art and Design. With Cantoni since 2014, she has designed both residential and commercial spaces, and says she thrives on teamwork and the joy of “meeting new clients every day.” “I don’t consider designing work, but instead a way of finding and enjoying beauty around me,” she says.
Known among her friends as a passionate artist, Natalie sews, plays the guitar and paints with oil in her free time. “I love to creatively unwind and gather inspiration through oil painting,” she says. “I find creating a work on canvas instantly relaxing.”
