Phillip Behrens started building custom bunk-beds at a young age. Over the span of 35 years, the childhood hobby became a passion, Phillip earned a Mechanical Engineering Degree in the US. Povl Eskildsen began gathering furniture design and production knowledge over two decades ago, working in his family’s furniture factory. Having developed a significant "hands-on" early interest and experience, Polv studied and graduated with a Masters Degree in Furniture Design from the Denmark School of Architecture in Arhaus in 1986. Since then, Povl has worked successfully as a freelance furniture designer all over the world. Many of his designs are considered icons in the furniture industry and are still selling after 30 years.
