Museum Tower Residence

SHORTLY AFTER CANTONI DALLAS DESIGN CONSULTANT JOSH DELAFUENTE DEBUTED A MODEL HOME, TWO MUSEUM TOWER RESIDENTS CONTACTED HIM FOR ANOTHER EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN THE LUXURY HIGH-RISE.

We recently featured Cantoni Dallas designer, Josh Delafuente's Sky Bound Estate at Museum Tower. The stunning 3,000 square foot unit, which Josh transformed into a chic urban oasis serves as a model home for the 42-story luxury residential high-rise building located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District.

Josh must have done something right, because soon after the model home debuted, he received an email from a couple interested in working him to design their new two bedroom, two bathroom home featuring two outdoor terraces at Museum Tower. Naturally Josh was thrilled! Not only was he extremely familiar with Museum Tower’s floor plans, but he was also excited to receive the opportunity to help furnish another residence in the luxury high-rise.

“The couple needed just about everything, from furniture, to lighting, to art, to accessories, and bedding, "Josh says. "The design goal was to create a clean and modern home that was warm and inviting." In order to achieve that modern look that still exuded warmth, Josh selected a neutral color scheme featuring warm taupes with wood materials and pops of soft green and yellow tones contrasted with dramatic light fixtures and bold art and accessories.
