“Details are not just details – they’re essential to the design,” Pam says. Since her arrival at Cantoni in 2003, Pam has applied this philosophy to all of her spaces – she works with clients down to every last element. “I focus on each of my clients individually so I can translate their vision,” she says. “I truly aim to create spaces tailored specifically for that client and their own needs.”
There’s a reason Pam has a calculated method: she considered becoming a mathematician before switching to design. “I view things in a systematic way, and that’s exactly how I approach a project,” she says. She has since earned a bachelor of science degree in interior design from the University of Missouri and designed residential and commercial spaces throughout the U.S.
An ASID-certified interior designer, Pam’s experience and work in a range of styles gives her a top-notch knack for mixing and matching. Pam never shies from color, bold art or dramatic lighting, and favors a well-curated, less-is-more stance to make a polished, succinct statement. “Working in both traditional and contemporary design has given me the ability to integrate classic principles into modern spaces,” she says.
