About Eugeni Quitllet
The Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet was born on 17th April 1972 in Ibiza. He graduated from βLa Llotjaβ art school in Barcelona. He creates simple relationships between function and style, resulting in innovative design. Drawing on his interests in drawing, sculpture and contemporary archaeology, Quitllet literally reveals silhouettes hidden in the material: extremely visual skeletal objects, elegant masterfulness and emptiness, often with a touch of humor.
Crafted with a deep seat for ultimate comfort, the Ibiza Chair is unique in that it is crafted completely from recovered recycled materials from the Mediterranean Sea, creating an outdoor chair that is not only durable, but stylish as well.
