HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

To file a claim, please contact Guardsman by calling 1-877-584-GOLD (4653), Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. You can also submit your claim online at Guardsman.com. You will need to file your claim with Guardsman within 30 days and confirm that your stain or damage is covered under the protection plan.

Below are more important details to help file your claim.


WHAT IS ELIGIBLE UNDER THE PROTECTION PLAN

The Guardsman Furniture Plan covers new furniture that you have purchased from Cantoni up to a maximum retail purchase price of $30,000 and must be:

  • Free of stains and damage when delivered to your residence.
  • For your personal use only.


WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE PROTECTION PLAN

Fabric, leather, Nubuck, and vinyl upholstered furniture. Wood and other hard surface furniture. Please consult your protection plan paperwork for more details about what is covered and not covered by the protection plan.


HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM

Once you’ve confirmed the damage is covered under the protection plan you must complete a claim form. Each form much be filled out as instructed, signed and mailed to Guardsman, along with a copy of your sales order receipt that shows the covered furniture and protection plan. You must also include a copy of your protection plan, and photos or other documentation showing the extend of the damage.

If you do not have a copy of your sales order receipt, please Contact Us. and we will provide it for you. If you do not have a copy of your Guardsman contract agreement, please include your phone number when it asks for a contact number on Guardsman website.

Please note that Cantoni cannot file a warranty claim for you, your claim must be filed by you and is between you and Guardsman. If you need additional assistance, please contact Cantoni Customer Service at 888-226-8664.
