In 1936, Giovanni Vittorio Bonaldo began specializing in metals used in the furnishing industry. More than two decades later, his son, Albino Bonaldo, launched handmade lines of bedsteads, beds, coffee tables, and mattresses. The Italian company has since continued to experiment with new materials while partnering with some of the top international designers, such as Gino Carollo, Jarrod Lim, Kaori Shiina, and Karim Rashid. The result: award-winning furnishings spanning dining room tables, sofas, chairs, beds, and bar stools.
