Founded in 1956, Rimadesio produces systems to sub-divide and add architectural definition to spaces. Doors, sliding panels, shelving units, walk-in wardrobes and contemporary furnishings are simplistic, highly stylized and functional. Glass is the most prominent material used in the company's collections, and is carefully manipulated in its 50-years-running production department in Giussano, Italy. Rimadesio has collaborated with such designers as Giorgio Ponti, Martino Perego, Emilio Tadini, Carlo Bartoli and Giuseppe Bavuso.
