Prior to joining Cantoni in December 2025, Ashley founded Ashley Roi Jenkins Design, where she spent more than two decades creating elevated interiors for a discerning clientele. Her work has been featured in publications including the San Francisco Chronicle, Los Angeles Times, Sunset Magazine, California Home + Design, and 7x7 Magazine, with additional national exposure across NBC News, SF Gate, and Fox News.

Her work has also earned multiple industry accolades, including Best Remodel from Houzz and Best Bathroom from California Home + Design. Ashley has additionally been selected multiple times to participate in the prestigious San Francisco Decorator Showcase, an honor recognizing leading design talent. From 2007–2011, she also served as a professor of Interior Design and Architecture at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where she was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2007.

Ashley's background extends beyond interiors into product design as the former creator of The Roi Collection, a furniture line that reflected her signature approach to tailored elegance and craftsmanship. Today at Cantoni, she collaborates closely with clients to create sophisticated environments that balance beauty, comfort, and function while taking full advantage of the brand's customizable collections and extensive design resources.
