Sophisticated Urban Living at YOO on the Park

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER, TRILLIST COMPANIES, INC. AND YOO DESIGN STUDIO COLLABORATE WITH CANTONI DESIGNER KOHL SUDNIKOVICH TO CREATE TWO SOPHISTICATED AND MODERN MODEL UNITS AT THEIR LATEST LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, YOO ON THE PARK.

Set in the vibrant heart of Midtown Atlanta, YOO on the Park is a luxury residential rental building developed by Atlanta-based Trillist Companies, Inc. in a partnership with London-based YOO Studio, a global design and lifestyle brand founded by real estate entrepreneur John Hitchcox and renowned designer, Philippe Starck. The 25-story high-rise on the edge of Piedmont Park boasts superb luxury finishes along with an exceptional array of amenities. To give potential residents a sense for what their home could look like at the sophisticated, design-centric community, YOO Design Studio teamed up with Cantoni to create two designer model units.

Using a neutral color scheme with bold color accents, Cantoni designer Kohl Sudnikovich worked with YOO Design Studio to transform the one and two-bedroom model homes into sophisticated urban living environments with a mix of luxurious modern and midcentury furnishings in rich textures and hues. Allowing the residences’ panoramic Piedmont Park views to take center stage, low profile furnishings with sculptural details were selected to complement the city’s sweeping skyline. Artfully accessorized, the homes also feature dramatic lighting, rugs and mixed media art.
