“An environment can conjure a specific energy—it is like art, and can point your life in another direction,” Estefania muses. “Good design is not only about a space’s style—it is how it makes you feel, how it inspires you.” The bilingual Monterrey, Mexico, native is known for cohesively blending monochromatic hues, textures and global pieces to create simple and sophisticated palettes that convey specific messages through their contents.

Her “less is more” approach is one she honed while earning an architecture degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Neuvo León in Mexico, and subsequently while working at a high-end architecture and interior design firm in her hometown. An Italian furnishings aficionado, she says she loves that “Cantoni had the vision to bring Italian contemporary design to North America, and that it keeps enhancing the experience through innovative products from around the world.”

When she isn’t obsessing over handcrafted Italian furnishings, she can be found traveling and studying various cultures, art and history, for inspiration. “Travel refines my perspective and helps me create a more precise, well-rounded design experience for my clients,” she says.
