Jai Jalan was born in 1980 in Canada. With a Master of Arts in Design, he was a graphic designer for Blossom Graphics India from 1997-2005. During that time, he worked on car designs for Alfa Romeo Centro Stile Alfa 8C and Alfa 147 GTA and for Fiat 500 TrepiΓΉno.
"I love sketching, I love dreaming and I realize what I fantasize. There's one thing that I've learned from life - "if you want to do something, nothing can stop you". I have this burning desire to learn, and learn more. Always enthusiastic about the world around me. Give me a camera, a torch or just a piece of paper - with a pencil, and I'll be lost in my imagination. Creativity - is all a question of spontaneity; so I just keep in tune and let it flow."

- Weaving of this fabric is such that it creates a changeable, iridescent effect. The look is produced by forcing the pile in a single direction by applying heavy pressure. Shade variation from panel to panel, marks and lines are characteristics of this fabric and are not considered to be a defect.
