The homeowners entered the project highly prepared and deeply involved from the earliest planning stages, helping shape both the floorplan and overall design direction. At the furnishings stage of the project, Cantoni’s Luca Mazzolani worked closely with Dierdre Gaddy, founder of Design Republic, supporting key specification decisions through product expertise, customization flexibility, and hands-on showroom resources that helped bring the vision into focus.
Designing Around How the Clients Live
From the start, the homeowners prioritized lifestyle and convenience. The program included a gym, sauna, golf simulator, bar, and dedicated man cave, all thoughtfully integrated to bring everyday luxury under one roof.
Gaddy established a palette that feels calm and inviting, layering warm beiges, soft taupes, and rich wood tones throughout the home. Beginning with a neutral foundation, the design introduces depth through carefully edited accent moments, allowing the interiors to feel cohesive while still visually dynamic.
Cantoni partnered closely with the design team to ensure material selections, proportions, and comfort details aligned seamlessly with the overall interior architectural vision.
Custom Comfort at the Center
In the main living area, the custom Gamma Vincent sectional quickly became one of the home’s defining pieces. Because the homeowners prioritized elevated comfort and preferred a higher seating profile, the piece was carefully tailored to their specifications.
The sectional was configured with raised legs and increased back cushion height, allowing the seating experience to be precisely dialed in. An integrated table element adds both function and visual continuity within the open-plan space.

In the secondary suite, the tailored Bonaldo Cuff Hi-King bed continues the home’s theme of soft modern forms and elevated upholstery. In the game room, a motion sectional by Gamma introduces a more relaxed, lounge-driven moment, while a custom cocktail table by Malerba in the great room and a Nasdaq desk by Cattelan Italia in the office further extend the home’s cohesive material language.
